Data We Collect

We collect and process data that includes:

  • Images of vehicles using our car parks
  • The Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM)

If parking terms and conditions are breached, we may issue a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). In such cases, we may also process:

  • The driver’s name and address
  • Images of the vehicle
  • The associated VRM

How We Collect Data

  • Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras located on-site capture images of vehicles and VRMs.
  • If you have received a PCN and are the registered keeper, your details will have been obtained from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) or the relevant international authority.
  • If you no longer reside at the DVLA-registered address, your data may have been provided by:
    • A third party at your previous address who supplied a forwarding address; or
    • A third-party credit reference agency.
  • If you submit an appeal or correspond with us, we will process the information you provide. Where correspondence or an appeal is submitted on your behalf, we will process the data contained in the documentation provided by your authorised representative.

Who We Share Data With

To enforce parking terms and conditions and support the legitimate interests outlined above, we may share your personal data with:

  • Vehicle licensing agencies, such as the DVLA or an international equivalent, to obtain or verify registered keeper details, or for audit purposes.
  • Law enforcement and security organisations, where necessary for the prevention or detection of crime or to ensure the safety of car park users.
  • Vehicle hire or lease companies, where they confirm a vehicle was hired or leased on the date of the breach.
